NABD is a digital product provided by MIRCADO LLC ("we", "the provider"). By using the app or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy available at nabd.world/privacy.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age in your country.
• The app is intended for licensed dentists, dental students, and certified support staff within the dental community.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility or verification requirements.

To access protected features, you must verify your professional identity. This may involve reading or photographing your membership card and capturing a live selfie for face matching.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Creating an account under a false name, impersonating another person, or sharing the account is prohibited.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use at support@nabd.world.

When using the app, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or violence-inciting content.
• Not post content that infringes the rights of others (IP, privacy, reputation).
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or scrape the app with automated tools.
• Not bypass verification systems or misuse security features.
• Not send spam, unauthorized advertising, or malicious links.
• Not use the app to provide direct medical advice to patients outside the normal professional relationship.

You retain all rights in the content you post within the app (posts, comments, images, files). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display it within the app to the extent necessary to provide the service.

• You are solely responsible for the content you post.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• We will not use your content for advertising outside the app or sell it to third parties.

The app may host creative or professional challenges. Each contest publishes official rules in-app covering eligibility, judging criteria, prizes, and announcement dates.

• Contests are skill- and creativity-based. They do not involve wagering or gambling of any kind.
• Entry is free unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Prizes are awarded based on judges' evaluation against the pre-announced criteria.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest rules or these Terms.

The app offers an AI assistant for general productivity and educational support.

• AI outputs may not always be accurate; verify important information from trusted sources.
• Using the assistant to generate unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights is prohibited.

If you use the clinic-management tools, you are the data controller for the information you enter, including any patient data. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary consents from patients before entering their data.
• Complying with applicable health-data protection laws in your country.
• Controlling clinic staff access within appropriate permissions.

Our role is limited to providing secure infrastructure for storage; we do not use this data for any purpose other than delivering the service.

Some features may use in-app payments processed through licensed payment gateways.

• Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated in the app.
• Refunds follow the refund policy published in-app and to the extent required by applicable law.
• Subscriptions (if any) auto-renew unless canceled through the relevant app store before the renewal date.
• We are not the bank or card issuer. For any payment dispute, please contact us and your payment gateway or issuing bank.

All intellectual property rights in the app (logo, design, code, editorial content, the "NABD" trademark) are owned by or licensed to MIRCADO LLC.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for the purposes set out in these Terms. Copying, imitating the platform, or using our trademarks without written permission is prohibited.

The app may integrate services from third parties (such as payment gateways, notification providers, and identity-verification providers). Those services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app via Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@nabd.world.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.
• You provide falsified verification data.
• You harm other users or the integrity of the platform.

Certain provisions survive termination (intellectual property, liability limits, governing law).

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, absolute accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Educational content and AI-assistant outputs do not constitute formal medical or legal advice. Clinical and professional decisions remain your professional responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the app.

These limits do not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where MIRCADO LLC is incorporated, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

We first aim to resolve disputes amicably via support@nabd.world. If that fails, disputes are submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
